Trying a Knox Gelatin recipe

Chocolate Whirl is a wonderful chocolate mousse dessert that has a lot of flavour. It was an adventure to make, and a learning experience. Easy to make, It is a great dessert to serve any time, and if you want's to use the orange liqueur, you could add fresh fruit on top, orange pieces, raspberries, strawberries or peaches would be great.
The recipe is from the Knox Gelatin box, although the recipe does not appear on their website.

Equipment | Measuring cups, measuring spoons, electric mixer, spatula, kettle |
Ingredients
1 (7-gram) pkg Knox gelatin (one pouch from 28 gram box of gelatin)
1/2 cup Milk, divided
1/4 cup Boiling water
3/4 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Cocoa powder
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 cups Whipping cream
1 tablespoon Orange liqueur, optional
Chocolate curls, for garnish, optional
Fresh Fruit, optional
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup milk in a small bowl; allow to stand until gelatin is moistened.
Add boiling water; stir constantly until gelatin is completely dissolved and set aside.
Combine sugar and cocoa in mixer bowl; add remaining milk, vanilla, whipping cream and liqueur (if using),
Beat at medium speed until soft peaks form.
Slowly add gelatin mixture; beat at high speed until stiff peaks form.
Spoon into serving dishes and chill until set (2 to 3 hours)
Garnish with chocolate curls or fresh fruit
